Her ability to lead with consistency and care ensures that programs run smoothly while maintaining a high level of support for those in her care.

Jenny Gray, Direct Support Professional, is celebrated for her compassion and unwavering dedication. Her work has made such an impact that a colleague shared, “If I ever had to place one of my own loved ones at Charles Lea Center, I would want someone like Jenny to be their caregiver.” Jenny brings a genuine sense of light, love, and connection to those she supports every day.
