Meet Catelyn Vines, who is celebrating three years of service at the Charles Lea Center this April. As a Program Trainer of Tennessee, Catelyn brings a strong passion for learning, collaboration, and person-centered support to her role each day.
Catelyn is known for her innovative mindset and her ability to work collaboratively with teams to create meaningful outcomes. She shares that what she enjoys most about working at the Charles Lea Center is the culture of innovation and teamwork, all focused on helping participants live their best lives.
Her journey with CLC was inspired by the organization’s mission, values, and shared vision, principles that continue to guide and motivate her work.
Catelyn is responsible for developing and implementing training curriculum that aligns with the mission of our partner agencies. She also supports person-centered planning for staff and community stakeholders, while providing quality assurance to ensure programs remain compliant and effective.
Catelyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Anthropology and a Master’s degree in Criminological Theory from East Tennessee State University. Her educational background, combined with her dedication to service, allows her to make a meaningful impact across programs.
Outside of work, Catelyn enjoys spending time with her 17-month-old son, Archer, and their senior rescue dog, Miri. Whether at home or at work, she values connection, growth, and making a difference in the lives of others.
