Marquis is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and values the Charles Lea Center’s person-centered approach, which empowers individuals to make their own choices and live more independently. “It improves their happiness and independence, and that’s what inspires me,” he shared.
As an Activity Specialist, Marquis leads social programs that focus on skill development, independence, and community integration. His work helps individuals build confidence and meaningful connections.
