Meet Rachael Vise, Assistant Director of Quality Improvement and Risk Management, who will celebrate 22 years with the organization this August.

Rachael first joined CLC while working as a receptionist during college. At the time, she says she didn’t fully understand the organization’s work. But as she learned more about the mission and built relationships with the people supported by CLC, she realized she had found where she belonged.

“Over time, as I learned about the organization and met the people we supported, I knew this is where I wanted to be. Building relationships and being able to help others has inspired me to work here,” Rachael shared.

In her role, Rachael helps ensure the organization remains safe and prepared by overseeing property and systems inspections, coordinating safety training, and organizing emergency drills.

Rachael holds an Associate of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, puzzles, gardening, and spending time with her two dogs.

The Charles Lea Center is grateful for Rachael’s 22 years of dedication to the mission and the people we support. 💚
