Meet Maria Arroyo , who has been part of the Charles Lea Center for more than 7½ years, serving as a Bilingual Case Manager with HASCI. She values the collaborative culture within the Case Management department and the opportunity to learn and grow alongside a supportive team.
Inspired by CLC’s mission, Maria is passionate about advocating for individuals and families, serving as a voice for those unable to advocate for themselves, and helping connect families to essential resources.
In her role, Maria advocates for individuals and families, works closely with service providers, completes assessments and evaluations, and monitors services to ensure individuals receive the supports needed to achieve their goals.
Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and brings compassion and dedication to her work. Outside of CLC, she enjoys gardening, listening to music, and spending time with her two children.
