Meet Latasha Gentry, who will celebrate her five-year anniversary with the Charles Lea Center this June. She is passionate about making a daily difference for the individuals she serves, building trust and meaningful relationships that extend beyond the workplace.
With more than 15 years of healthcare experience, Latasha was inspired to transition from working with elderly adults to supporting younger adults with special needs. As Clean Crew Senior Team Leader for Quality, she supports Center Ventures contracts by assisting supervisors and individuals, ensuring contracts run smoothly, coverage is maintained, and the highest quality standards are met.
Latasha is a graduate of Broome High School and earned her CNA through Spartanburg Technical College. She also attended Spartanburg Community College, where she became a Medical Billing and Coder. This spring, she will begin pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Supervision at the University of South Carolina.
A proud mother of three, Latasha enjoys spending time with her children, traveling together, and designing custom t-shirts in her spare time. We thank Latasha for her dedication and leadership and wish her continued success.
