Meet Marion Holland, who celebrates his 21-year anniversary with the Charles Lea Center this month! 🎉 Marion, who is Assistant Director of Supportive Housing, says his dedication is rooted in his belief in CLC’s vision, mission, and values and in the progressive, innovative ways we serve individuals every day.
As Marion puts it, “I came for work, but I stayed because I enjoy what I do and who I do it for.” That commitment shines through in his leadership and support within our Supportive Housing programs.
Beyond his role at CLC, Marion has spent 28 years mentoring youth through football, serving as President of the program and making a lasting impact on young lives. He’s also a proud father of three, grandfather of one, and has been married for 18 years.
