The week of Christmas the Charles Lea Center was filled with laughter, frosting, and festive fun during a Gingerbread House Decorating Contest that brought individuals served and staff together for a truly memorable morning.
Sponsored by the Charles Lea Center's Your Voice Your Choice Advocacy Council, the event celebrated creativity, teamwork, and community spirit. Participants transformed simple gingerbread houses into colorful, candy-filled creations, each one showcasing imagination and holiday flair.
The friendly competition added to the excitement, with judges selecting winning designs and celebrating the effort and creativity of all who participated. Most importantly, the event created space for connection, joy, and shared experiences across the Charles Lea Center community.
