Meet Angie Smith ... Angie, our Supportive Housing Property Consultant, will celebrate three years with the Charles Lea Center in January 2026. Angie is deeply motivated by the individuals we support and values the trust and connections built through her work.
In her role, Angie partners closely with the operations and maintenance team to ensure repairs and work orders are completed efficiently. She also conducts home inspections, always prioritizing safety, comfort, and quality of life for those we serve.
Angie is currently pursuing her Associate Degree in Business Administration and continues to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and caring for her two boxers, Riggs and Roxi.
