Meet Tia Perry: Overnight Monitor | Family-First | Music, Legos & Reading Fan

Meet Tia Perry, an Overnight Monitor at the Charles Lea Center in Wilmington, NC. For the past year and a half, Tia has played a vital behind-the-scenes role—keeping individuals safe, comfortable, and cared for through the night so they can live more independently.

“I wanted to work with CLC because I believe in the mission and loved seeing the resources available to support individuals,” Tia says. “Plus, the overnight shift works perfectly for my family’s schedule.”

In her role, Tia monitors six individuals overnight, manages medical devices, gives morning medications, and helps everyone start their day smoothly.

Before joining CLC, she worked as a CNA in various care settings, supported individuals through The Arc and Skills of Central PA, and even cross-trained in medical assisting.

At home, Tia is a proud wife and mom of four (ages 16, 13, 12, and 5). When she’s not working or spending time with family, she enjoys music, Legos, and a good book.

Thank you, Tia, for the care, experience, and heart you bring to your work every night. Your dedication truly shines!
