The Charles Lea Center provides a broad range of services that include residential services, day services, employment services, service coordination, early intervention, clinical services, and health services.  While these services focus on different areas in a person's life they all share the common goal of providing person centered services that focus on the unique qualities of each person with an emphaisis on personal well-being.  Each person who receives services has a personalized plan that helps them acheive their personal dreams with a focus on full community participation.  CLC is dedicated to assuring that services are based on evidence based models of service that have proven to be effective in promoting personal growth and development.  The TEACCH model, assistive technology, person centered thinking, employment first and the healty living curriculm are just a few of the innovative approaches used by CLC
