What is an INDIVIDUAL PLACEMENT?
Our individual placement becomes your employee. Charles Lea Industrial Center provides job-coach services with initial on the job training and additional supervision and training as necessary.

What HOURS can individuals work?
Individuals' shifts vary by location. Typically, they work first or second shift jobs.

What kind of WAGES do individual placement workers receive?
Wages vary from jobsite to jobsite. They are based on the individual’s ability to complete the job at hand. Current individual placements works average between $6 and $9 per hour.

What kinds of BENEFITS are there for my company?
All companies will receive free on-the-job training for their new employee as well as a job coach who serves as a liaison between CLIC and the company to help with transitions, additional training and job monitoring. Some smaller companies may be eligible for tax credits.

What is a TYPICAL individual placement?
Lemforder: ZF Lemforder makes front and rear axels for the BMW Z3 and Z4. CLIC provides services to pack axels and other service parts for new and old customers. The enclave is also a part of the subassembly process for the axels before they are sent to the assembly line for completion. Some of the skills these workers have are counting, lifting, approximately 10-35 pounds and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
