Rhysa Ratti

I am 26 years old and a graduate of USC-Upstate with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. I have wanted to work with The Charles Lea Center ever since I was little. My uncle, Scott Carter, went here when Charles Lea was small. The things they were capable of helping him master made me want to help people work towards a goal of being independent and accepted by society. He is my hero because even with his disability, he is capable of having a job and being independent in society. I enjoy working at Charles Lea because the smiles I see on the faces of our consumers make my day so much better. I have a brother who is serving in the Marine Corp and a mother who has always been supportive of the roads we chose. I enjoy going to football games especially Clemson, traveling especially to Jacksonville Florida, a good laugh every now and then, and of course just hanging out with my friends and family. My favorite time of year is from October till February.
