To qualify for the Pervasive Developmental Disorder Waiver (PDD Waiver) you must be between the ages of 3 and 10 and be diagnosed with a Pervasive Developmental Disorder by age eight. You must meet Medicaid financial criteria or provide documentation that you are financially ineligible for Medicaid. You must meet ICF/MR Level of Care.
