To qualify for the Mental Retardation/Related Disability Waiver(MR/RD Waiver) you must have Mental Retardation or Related Disabilities, or Autism. You must be eligible for Medicaid or already qualify for Medicaid. You must require the degree of care that would be provided in an Intermediate Care Facility for Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR). You must have needs that can be met by the provision of services funded by the waiver and you must be allocated a waiver slot.
