CTH II's are located in neighborhoods throughout Spartanburg County and support people in a group setting. Community Training Home II's offer 24 hour staff assistance, training on daily life skills to be more independent and nursing supports on an as needed basis. Residential staff members work with each individual on a daily basis to ensure their individual goals and objectives are being met. Residents may chose to participate in several recreational activities including choir, golf and several clubs as well as various trips and community outings.
