This home is designed for people who need a residential placement, continuous support, supervision and training. The Charles Lea Center recruits and trains private citizens to become licensed and/or certified CTH I caregivers. Once approved and licensed, Caregivers enter into a contract with The Charles Lea Center to allow a person with a disability to live in their home and provide them with needed services in a caring and protected environment.
