Rehabilitation Supports

Individual Rehabilitation Supports, also known Rehab Supports, is a community based training program that focuses on assisting individuals in becoming more independent members of their community.

Individuals are paired with a rehab worker and train in areas such as money management, socialization, self-help, job search skills, and shopping. All training takes place in its natural settings within the community.

Currently there are 35 slots available for this program. Individuals served represent a wide variety of skill levels. This program serves individuals in the Spartanburg and surrounding areas, however, is available in any county in South Carolina. Individuals must have SC Medicaid to participate in this program and can not be enrolled in an MR/RD Medicaid Waiver program.
