Some workers may be able to work on their own with just a little help from the staff at CLIC. Others may learn the skills to be able to work in the community over time. Individuals participating in this program receive help from the supported employment department in finding a job, training for a job and maintaining a job. Each person in the program has a job coach who serves as the liaison between the employer and the employee. The job coach can address any problems the employee may have and work with individuals on training objectives on an as needed basis.
