The Charles Lea Industrial Corporation trains individuals with disability and special needs in Pre-vocational services. Pre-vocational services prepare individuals for paid and unpaid employment. Job skills are taught through hands on hands demonstration and verbal instructions. The goal of the program is to increase the individual works skills for employment.
