Client Council is a committee of ten individuals from the Charles Lea Industrial Center who advocates on behalf of their co-workers. The committee meets once every three months to voice any concerns from their co-workers concerning work. The goal of the committee is to make the program a better work environment for all.
Employee of the quarter- is a staff member chosen by the Client Council quarterly that displays good quality of care, minimum errors on production, good attendance, great advocator for individuals, and a professional attitude.
Congratulations to Kizzy Arthur, this year's second quarter employee of the quarter. Kizzy was chosen by the consumer council for her outstanding customer care skills, her ability to listen well to the individuals at the workshop, and good attendance. Kizzy's work crew also had minimal errors on production.
Work Floor of the Month- a work floor is chosen by staff monthly based on production, overall attendance, safe and clean working environment.
The consumer council chose CLIC 4 as the workfloor of the month for August. CLIC 4 met all their production requirements and had 0 injuries and accidents. Congratulations to all employees in CLIC 4!
