We have a dedicated workforce of more than 250 individuals – as well as the equipment and space to get the job done. Work can be completed at our 55,000 square foot facility or at your site. All projects are monitored to ensure we exceed your standards.

WorkAbility Mission Statement

Workability will provide excellent customer service as it develops business partnerships that provide training opportunities that enables individuals with intellectual disabilities to successfully attain independent employment.

Since 1983, the Charles Lea Center has provided people with disabilities the opportunity to do what many of us take for granted - work. The Center has a long history of offering individuals job training and work experience.

At WorkAbility, the Center's industrial services/work program, companies can find solutions to their outsourcing and employment needs with the assurance the job will be completed with special attention given to quality control and delivery deadlines.
More than 300 individuals are employed through WorkAbility, of whom many have a disability which would prevent them from finding employment elsewhere.
By contracting with WorkAbility, everyone benefits: Those with disabilities gain employment while for employers it can be cost-effective and there can be tax incentives and benefits.
