- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Landrum (6/18/2008)
Schedule: Weekday
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing, minimum 1 year nursing experience, current license by SC State Board of Nursing
Job Description: The LPN will maintain and update health care needs of individuals through continuing observation and implementation of Physician's Orders and regulatory standards, including the administration of medications.

Qualifications: High School Diploma and minimum 5 years of industrial/manufacturing & supervisory experience. An engineering or business related degree is preferred. Will work in a production environment for developmentally disabled adults.
Job Description: This position will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of all contract work that is performed in the industrial center to assure that it meets all quality requirements and delivery schedules. This position will work closely with both the sales manager, the quality assurance manager and the production staff to assure that each consumer is given an opportunity to maximize his or her earning potential and to gain valuable work experience and training that will assist them in finding employment outside of the center.
Salary: $45,000 per year plus benefits

Schedule: 1st shift
Qualifications: High School Diploma and minimum 2 years of quality assurance and supervisory experience. A 40year degree is preferred. Will work in a production environment for developmentally disabled adults.
Job Description: This position will develop and implement a quality assurance process for all contract work that is performed in the industrial program and in the outside work crews to assure that it meets the quality requirements of all customers. This position will directly supervise two quality assurance staff, who will assist in implementing these quality standards. This position will work closely with the sales manager, plan manager and production staff.
Salary: $24,000 per year plus benefits
- Consumer Advocacy Assistant (7/8/2008)
Schedule: M-F 8am - 5 pm, may vary slightly at times
Qualifications: College Degree Preferred. High School Diploma and 3 years experience working directly with people with disabilities and special needs, required.
Job Description: The Consumer Advocacy Assistant will assist in conducting investigation related to abuse and critical incidents. Will also assist in responding to consumer complaints and in conducting training in abuse and critical incident prevention and reporting. Must have the ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with consumers' families as well as various less of The Charles Lea Center's management staff.
Salary: $10.28 per hour plus benefits
- Behavioral Program Manager: CLIC (7/10/2008)
Schedule: 1st shift
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years human service experience or High School Diploma and 3-5 years human service experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
Job Description: The Behavioral Program Manager will coordinate all habilitation services for disabled adults in a work setting. Responsible for assessment, writing and implementation of each adults habilitation plan which addresses individualized vocational, self-help, social and academic needs. Behavioral Program Manager have direct supervisory duties involving Work Skill Instructors, who they direct in implementing all phases of the clients program. The Behavioral Manager will be responsible for developing an alternative schedule on site and off site for consumers with behavior issues.
Salary: $11.25 per hour plus benefits
